hmm, maybe add 2 or 3 new characters into the 'group of friends' just to add some more ideas for a series of some sort. If i come up with any characters i'll give you a bio of them so you can draw them how you see fit (i suck at drawing on a comp, and you dont) But yeah. Keep up the good work and dont give up!
I actually have two other characters that are a part of the group, but mostly they're on DeviatnART. They're of a different race/species than Jessi and Riley.
glad to see you don't get discouraged. keep it up. both the art and the flash. (almost inspires me to do something. if i had talent. lol)
As for the microphone, you can either try getting open cell foam and bury the mic inside of it at least a few inches deep, or go to a professional music store an find a line-in microphone, also when you do record: Record in a closed space, where there's no outside interference...
and for the art and animation in general, I really don't mind the kind of art style, in fact I like how it can be use to mold into various other art forms.
But you got to keep in mind about the steriotypes, and how when others look at that say that it's crap.
Well it kinda is since most anime steriotypes have been done to death. Such as big hair characters, and exaggerated body features, and even making the portions of the drawings to "straight & pointy". Though most of that were ignored and succeeded: others were just tossed aside as crappy, redundant, knock offs.
So I would say, Experiment, tinker, and develop your way of drawing even more to distance from such things.
I hope that helps a little, though I'm a little lazy to do that now... but since I can't seem to sleep... I think I should get to sleep... or just do something else... ah well.

And as others stated...do something about the voice quality. However, it might take more than just new microphone. Precisely some software...although I can't really suggest any here.

A good addition would be a more 'kick-ass, in-your-face, and @#$%-YEAH!!!' kinda character that's female. as well as a male character who's a sweet pushover.

Im getting into Voice Acting, and i gotta couple suggestions
1. This may sound stupid and rather obvious but.. Dont use a headset for voice acting.. -_- i know this from experiance..it just sounds horrible XD
2. Your mic sounded fine to me, just the "Pops" and "Hisses" that most mics make when you speak (for example when you say an S). There is a simple fix for this. Though it may sound..strange.. Speak into the mic threw some pantyhose..i know this sounds REALLY weird but it REALLY works! Improves the quality of mic's by a ton.
Thats about it :P Your animating is great , and Jessi Danceing is Hypnotic. Make it a loop so i can watch it for 4 hours! O_O
